Dr. Liz Osterer’s passion for fitness and movement makes her a great fit within the360centre360 team. Liz graduated from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College with Clinic Honours, and obtained a BSc in Health Science and Nutrition from the Ohio State University.
While at OSU, Liz competed on the varsity swim team for four years and was a Big Ten Scholar. The highlight of her experience as a national level swimmer with the Nepean Kanata Barracudas was competing at the Canadian Olympic Trials.
Liz is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and holds certifications in Active Release Techniques and Contemporary Medical Acupuncture. Her chiropractic interests include treating headaches, athletic injuries, and prenatal care. Liz is currently the Assistant Coach of the University of Ottawa Gee-Gee swim team, where she splits her time between coaching on deck and in the weight room.
