Jade Babcock is a registered physiotherapist who strives to support her athletes as they meet their full physical potential. A Kingston native, Jade graduated from Queen’s University with a B.PHE (HONS), where she also worked as a trainer for the varsity basketball teams. Jade completed her Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy at McGill University, and has worked in a variety of settings including hospitals, federal institutions, and private clinics.
Jade is a Certified Manual Therapist through the Swodeam Institute, and is rostered with the Ontario College of Physiotherapists to perform high velocity, low impact manipulations as well as acupuncture and dry needling of the extremities.
Jade’s approach to physical therapy is embedded with patient education. In addition to treating your injury, her primary goal is to fix the mechanical problems that lead to your pain in the first place – addressing flawed ergonomic setups at work, fixing poor posture during activities of daily living, or even adjusting your sleep position. She will not let you leave our clinic without obtaining a thorough analysis and understanding of your problem.
